10. MIND MATTERS!! Mental health is the most important health in my opinion. Keeping people around you that support you with your decisions not only helps you succeed your goals, but it also makes your future brighter. Having a workout friend is a great way to keep going to the gym for the motivation to work out. My workout partner is my best friend Emily Anderson. We workout at the local Crossfit together, play volleyball together, and support each other in track. I’ve had my struggles with food and told myself before that I couldn’t eat healthy because it was hard. We all know it's hard, everyone struggles with food temptations with fast food around every corner we cross. You have to keep pushing for a happier, healthier you!
