Fast food is slowly killing you, here’s how you stop

Fast food. It’s around every corner we cross. No matter how addicted you are to it, only you need to take the initiative to stop, for you and for the sake of your own health.

Eight in ten Americans eat fast food every month, Indiana alone had a 33.6% rate of obesity in 2017. For Indiana ranks number 12 in America for the highest rate of obesity.

Stop being another statistic and focus on good, proper health.

Food fuels our body, mind, and spirit. What we put into our body will show on the outside. The next time you get cheese fries from a drive-in, think about what was done before your food came out to you–the cheese was most-likely processed from a big bag that’s been sitting in the fridge for a year.
